There’s Hope!

BLAIR – Though the closure of Grace University disappointed not only the students at Grace, but the Blair community hoping for new life for the long vacant Dana Campus – it’s not over.  Angel Share developer Ed Shada says the closure of Grace just means a change of plans, not the demise of the redeveloping of the campus.  Ed says he’s partnering with Boys Town and with Creighton University and setting groundwork to provide  programs that help teens aging out of the foster care system, and people who are graduating from Creighton programs designed to help those needing a little more support to live independently.  Additionally, Shada says the AFL-CIO based in Omaha is partnering to provide training and certification to those individuals in trades programs.
